Revealed at the IBM PartnerWorld at Think conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 20, 2018, we were selected by a panel of expert judges consisting of IBM executives, industry analysts and members of the press. IMS (Interpreter Management System) is an interpreter management system specifically designed for Language Service Departments in Hospitals. Predominantly a scheduling system for managing interpreters, we have purposely worked with key hospitals to develop IMS to be best of breed. The journey started with Western Health, almost 10 years ago with assisting them to develop IMS for their needs.
